All meeting attendees must stay at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino under our contracted room block. You will have the opportunity to request your hotel accommodations as you go through the registration process. Please input your arrival and departure dates, and hotel reservations will be made on your behalf.

Attendees may arrive on Sunday, September 18th and depart on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

• If you will be departing on Tuesday, September 20th, you must check out from your hotel room by 11 a.m.
• We strongly encourage you to stay through the completion of the meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
   

Group Room Rate: $178/night (Premier King Room; Sept 18-20)

Any additional nights will be a personal expense and will not be reimbursed. Hotel room reservations for the night of Saturday, September 17th are currently sold out at the contracted room rate under our group room block. Please note: if requesting check in on Saturday, September 17th, the room rate that night will range from $398 - $499/night and will be at personal cost.

Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date or you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay
