**Costs shown are for 4-night packages and include accommodations, 3 day lift ticket per person (single occupancy includes one lift ticket, double occupancy includes two, and quad occupancy includes four) and welcome party (Packages also available without lift tickets).

Breakfast for attendees is included in the conference registration cost. For those traveling with guests who are not attending the conference, we offer a breakfast package for non-conference attendees that can be purchased as an add-on to your hotel package. The package includes the conference breakfast Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning and costs $60/person. You can select to purchase this package during the registration process.
 
 
 
HOTEL DEPOSIT
Conference registration fees are separate from sleeping room costs. A $300/person hotel room deposit (or $600 for single occupancy) is due at the time of confirmation, with final payment being due by 12/7/18. If reserving after 12/7/18, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.
 
HOTEL PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received after the deposit is received will be subject to a $100.00/person handling fee. Cancellations received after 12/7/18 will lose $100/person in addition to any monies not recoverable from suppliers of these services. (i.e. hotel cost is not refundable after 12/7/18).   
 
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m.
